After a while, none of the medications were working at controlling my acne and my dermatologist offered to start me on a medication called ACCUTANE. As a pharmacist, I was well aware of the serious side effects of this medication and decided very quickly that it was not worth the risk for me. In 2016, I got pregnant and had to stop using my medications and this time, instead of folding my arms and dealing with acne for the 9 months plus breastfeeding time, I decided to look into natural remedies for problem skin. After months of research, I came up with a formula that completely cleared my acne. This heightened my belief and interest in the power of herbs and natural botanicals and has led to the development of numerous other all natural products that has received numerous testimonials over the years. My products have helped people with problematic skin issues like acne, eczema, sensitive skin, etc OUR MISSION & GOAL At ASA Therapeutics, our goal is to continue to develop high quality, natural beauty products that are safe and effective for all skin types. We live by our motto – Beauty with health uncompromised and so we do not believe in risking health for the sake of beauty. As a mater of fact, we are out to prove that beauty and health can indeed coexist. Our Mission is to continue to educate the public on the dangerous effects toxic chemicals found in conventional beauty products can have on our health. Research has shown that 60% of everything we put on our skin is absorbed into the body in about 23 seconds. With the prevalence of cancer, we do not take this lightly. OUR COMMITMENT We commit to using 100% Natural, safe, high quality ingredients in all of our products. This includes not using any preservatives whatsoever. All of our products are Anhydrous, concentrated and potent. In most skincare products, water makes up over 70% of the total ingredients used and a preservative is added to prolong the shelf life of the product. All of our products are made in such a way that the consumer if needed can add water at the time of use. This allows us to deliver highly potent and concentrated products free of preservatives. |
